Bakehila's Pesach Seder picnic

This year, Bakehila's Pesach celebrations will commence with a special Seder picnic for children from struggling homes and communities. The children, who take part in Bakehila's after-school Learning and Enrichment Centers throughout Jerusalem, will partake in a shared experience with other children of a similar identity, as part of Bakehila's family. In addition, Bakehila's entire staff and Year of Service fellow team will take an active part in the proceedings, whether teaching content or running activities relevant to the Seder experience. The Seder picnic will take place on Tuesday the 19th at Independence Park in Jerusalem's center, and will include a festive Passover meal, educational content related to the holiday and a "find the Afikoman" treasure-hunt themed game for the children, complete with prizes.
